I'm Gurjot Singh, a full-stack software engineer, photographer, and visual storyteller based in California. I specialize in building scalable web platforms, micro-frontend architectures, and intelligent data pipelines while capturing the world through a lens.
My engineering foundation started with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis, where I mastered physical system dynamics, CAD modeling, and first-principles problem solving. I expanded into full-stack software through Hack Reactor's advanced immersive program. Rather than leaving hardware behind, this dual background positions me at the intersection of complex software systems and physical engineering, keeping the door wide open for robotics, embedded systems, and distributed platforms where hardware and software converge.
Most recently at Rubicon Technologies, I led high-impact engineering initiatives: fine-tuning specialized LLMs for custom invoice data extraction pipelines, architecting serverless Azure Outlook add-ins, building Next.js/React SSR web platforms with Zuora payments (driving a 35% conversion increase), and migrating monolithic applications to micro-frontend architectures using Webpack Module Federation. I also modernized CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, cutting deployment window overhead by over 50%.
Earlier at ConfigFab, I engineered full-stack e-commerce capabilities using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL, and programmed custom Python scripts for parametric 3D CAD modeling integrated with Autodesk Inventor workflows.
